Starting Monday, March 30, Restore Louisiana will offer homeowner assistance services on an as-needed basis at a new site: 11100 Mead Road, Ste. 200 in Baton Rouge. In-person services are by appointment only.
Homeowners who would like to schedule appointments may call case managers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Homeowners may also continue to communicate with program staff via email and phone.
“As we continue to evaluate program needs and resources, we have decided to streamline operations at this new site by co-locating our homeowner services and other essential program functions at the Mead location and closing our Celtic office, which is no longer needed,” Pat Forbes, executive director of the Office of Community Development, said. “As always, we remain committed to ensuring homeowners have access to necessary program staff and services as they complete their participation in the program.”
For help with all aspects of the program, homeowners may call 866.735.2001 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
